Remote Medicare Agent (with Active Health License)

In this role, you’ll assist inbound callers in finding the best Medicare plans to maximize their healthcare benefits. With no cold calling required and a supportive team by your side, you can focus on what matters most: guiding clients toward the right solutions for their unique needs.

Qualifications:
• Active health insurance license
• Excellent communication and listening skills.
• A passion for helping others and a customer-first mindset.
• Ability to stay organized and motivated in a remote work environment.
• Prior experience in sales, customer service, or Medicare (preferred but not required).
• A computer and reliable internet connection.
Compensation
• This role is a 1099 commission-only position
• Our pay schedule is every two weeks
• We have reviewed other companies with base plus commission compensation, and in most every case, our commission-only pay comes out with a higher total compensation.
• We have a sliding scale for pay per enrollment - the more enrollments you do, the more you get paid per enrollment. We're looking for team players who are hungry, ready to work, and ready to see huge success.
