- Collect and review critical patient demographic and billing information
- Collaborate with insurance carriers to secure medication coverage for patients
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 1 year of insurance verification experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and ability to work from home
- Proficiency in multi-tasking and using dual monitors
- Strong attitude and willingness to assist others
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in medical claims processing or healthcare reimbursement
- Familiarity with Federal Health Care Program guidelines
- Previous customer service experience in a medical or insurance setting
- Residing in Arizona, Georgia, Texas, Utah, or Kentucky
