Are you an experienced Medical Virtual Assistant or Medical Receptionist looking for a stable remote opportunity? Join our growing team and work with a U.S.-based healthcare practice!
Position: Medical Receptionist (Remote)
Schedule: U.S. Central Time hours
Work Setup: Remote
Compensation & Payment:
Rate: $5/hour (first 3 months), increasing to $6/hour thereafter
Payment Method: Wise
Payment Cycle: Biweekly
Key Responsibilities:
Answer and manage incoming patient calls
Schedule and coordinate appointments
Verify insurance and check payer portals
Manage tasks within the practice system
Ensure accurate documentation and patient information
Requirements:
Previous experience as a Medical Scribe or Medical Virtual Assistant (preferred)
Strong English communication and listening skills
Experience with EMR systems
Excellent attention to detail and documentation accuracy
Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment
Ability to work during U.S. Central Time hours
