Remote BCBA - Indiana
This contract position seeks an experienced Behavior Specialist skilled in telehealth service delivery within a school setting. The role involves working remotely with students to assess, develop, and implement behavior intervention plans that support positive outcomes and academic success.
Key Responsibilities:
ā¢ Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans.
ā¢ Provide telehealth-based consultations and support to students, educators, and families.
ā¢ Monitor progress and adjust strategies based on data and collaborative feedback.
ā¢ Deliver training and coaching for school staff on behavior management techniques.
ā¢ Document all interactions, interventions, and progress thoroughly and accurately.
Qualifications:
ā¢ Certification or license in behavior analysis or related field.
ā¢ Proven experience providing behavior specialist services in educational environments.
ā¢ Strong understanding of telehealth platforms, privacy standards, and effective remote communication.
ā¢ Ability to work independently while coordinating with multidisciplinary teams.
ā¢ Excellent interpersonal skills to engage students, families, and school personnel.
Location: Indianapolis, IN (Telehealth-based with a focus on local school populations)
