About the Opportunity Secure Medical Billing Company (SMBC) is a premier provider of end-to-end Revenue Cycle Management, Medical Coding, and Denial Resolution services. We are currently seeking an aggressive, experienced, and well-networked Sales Manager to lead our client acquisition efforts. This is a "Hunter" role designed for a professional who knows how to close deals with private practices, clinics, and hospital groups. The Offer: We believe in rewarding results heavily. Key Responsibilities β€’ New Business Acquisition: Identify, prospect, and close new contracts with healthcare providers (Solos, Groups, Clinics, and Labs) for full-cycle Medical Billing and RCM services. β€’ Pipeline Management: Build a robust sales pipeline through cold calling, LinkedIn networking, email campaigns, and leveraging your existing network of healthcare decision-makers. β€’ Consultative Selling: Analyze a prospect’s current revenue cycle leaks (high denial rates, slow AR) and present SMBC as the financial solution. β€’ Contract Negotiation: Handle the full sales cycle from initial pitch to contract signature and successful handover to the onboarding team. β€’ Market Intelligence: Stay updated on industry trends (No Surprises Act, MIPS, Value-Based Care) to converse credibly with Practice Administrators and Medical Directors. Candidate Requirements β€’ Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of proven experience selling Medical Billing/RCM services is required. β€’ Note: Candidates with general healthcare sales experience may be considered, but RCM-specific sales experience is highly preferred. β€’ Network: An existing book of contacts (Practice Managers, Doctors, CFOs) is a massive plus. β€’ Knowledge: Solid understanding of the RCM lifecycle, including Coding, Credentialing, AR follow-up, and Denial Management. β€’ Tech Savvy: Familiarity with major EHR/EMR platforms (e.g., Epic, eClinicalWorks, Kareo) and CRM tools. β€’ Soft Skills: Relentless drive, ability to handle rejection, and high-level negotiation skills.
