We are engineering the future of UA with our data-driven approach and community of over 40 million users engaging with games, apps, and surveys.Based in the heart of Berlin, our collaborative approach offers the opportunity for our clients to acquire 10,000 users daily, providing consistent value and improved ROAS in the short and long term.About us: We are the next-generation, gamified promotion platform delivering maximum value to both advertisers and consumers.Our goal is to boost our customers’ user acquisition, revenue, and branding sustainably and safely by attracting and motivating high-quality users to engage with offers, surveys, or ads through our products.What you will own:Overall revenue performance and strategyManage and build a team, along with the underlying structures, to continuously improve revenue performance and efficiency — including playbooks, KPIs, and metricsOwn year-over-year revenue doubling targets, and implement the metrics and reporting structure to achieve themIncrease existing advertiser spend through improved strategies and data optimisationUnderstand existing customers and identify opportunities for product developmentBuild and deploy data analytics and reporting tools to provide actionable insights and improve sales performanceWho you are:You have a deep understanding of the mobile gaming industry, either by selling to or having worked within a game development companyYou have a demonstrable track record of doubling revenue year-over-year and understand what it takes to achieve thatYou are data-driven, with experience in tangibly measuring revenue performanceYou are as comfortable building strategy as you are producing and analysing performance dataYou have built and led teams of 10+ in a B2B platform environmentYou enjoy working closely with both customers and internal product teamsWhy Almedia?
