Compensation: Competitive hourly rate of $17/hour, plus weekly pay and benefits
Position: Full-time Remote Medical Benefits Specialist
Location: Remote (work from home)
Company: Workwarp, a leading provider of healthcare solutions
Schedule: 8-hour shift between 7am-8pm CST, Monday-Friday
Job Responsibilities:
Performing outbound and inbound calls to service patients and providers
Conducting medical benefit investigations and verifying patient demographic data
Inputting critical patient information into our system with high accuracy
Collaborating with our team to provide exceptional patient care and support
Job Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
Minimum 1 year of recent medical insurance verification experience
High-speed internet with modem access
A positive and friendly personality with exceptional attendance and communication skills
The ability to work in a team-focused environment and adapt to changing priorities
Your own personal Windows PC or laptop (no tablets or mobile phones permitted)
Integrated or external webcam and minimum RAM requirements of 16gb and 250gb of storage
Internet connection with a rated speed of 1Mbps download and 768 Kbps upload
