Position Overview – Remote Medicaid Customer Service Representative (Nevada)
We are seeking enthusiastic, detail‑oriented individuals who reside in Nevada to become the voice of careerzynith for Medicaid customers. In this full‑time, remote role, you will handle inbound and outbound interactions, resolve member inquiries, and ensure a seamless experience for those navigating complex health‑care benefits. Key Responsibilities

Provide courteous, accurate, and timely assistance to Medicaid members via phone, chat, or email.
Identify and resolve member concerns related to eligibility, coverage, claims, and service utilization.
Document every interaction in the careerzynith CRM system, ensuring compliance with auditing and reporting standards.
Maintain up‑to‑date member records, verifying personal information and updating contact details as needed.
Proactively recommend additional services or program enhancements that align with the member’s needs, contributing to upsell goals.
Collaborate with internal teams—including claims, billing, and technical support—to expedite resolutions and improve overall member satisfaction.

Essential Qualifications
