They are seeking a talented Mechanical Engineer to work remotely, who will participate in the design and construction phases of various building projects and collaborate with multiple project teams.ResponsibilitiesUse creativity and diverse range of engineering training to explore solutions to building mechanical system problemsParticipate in the production, design, and construction phases of the project on a diverse range of building typesWork cross-functionally with other disciplines and multiple project teamsSkillsBachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering required3-5+ years of experience designing and developing projects from concept to completionMechanical engineer with experience in HVAC, Plumbing, and Fire Protection design for commercial construction, including preparing construction documents, engineering reports, and conducting field investigationsExperience in designing projects valued over $5 million in construction costMust be able to prepare deliverables, including calculations, technical reports, drawings, and specificationsDetailed knowledge of general building construction and mechanical systems is essentialExcellent analytical and technical skillsExcellent verbal communication and writing skillsH1B Sponsorship not available for this positionLEED BD+C and CxA certification is a bonusRevit experienceBenefitsThis is a remote work position.
