Establish Return on Marketing Investment (ROMI) frameworks. Define reporting structures for consistent visibility into funnel performance. Coordinate the global marketing planning process and campaign strategies. Develop measurable marketing OKRs and performance targets. Facilitate cross-functional performance review forums to assess strategic progress. Requirements Minimum of 15 years of experience in marketing analytics or related fields. Proven ownership of dashboards and KPI governance. Strong understanding of B2B marketing funnels and analytics. Experience collaborating with Field Marketing and Commercial Operations. Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation platforms (like Salesforce, Marketo). Proficient in BI tools such as Tableau and Power BI.
