The role involves conducting market research, managing marketing projects, and supporting the marketing team to enhance program engagement and member experience.ResponsibilitiesResearch, coordinates, manages and implements major marketing projectsManages product/program after launch/implementationDevelops/conducts primary market research related to competitors, industry analysis, customer analysis, market trends, portfolio analysis, product development and regulations, and other related topicsBuilds and maintains strong relationships with external companies and vendorsResponsible for ensuring all activities align within the strategic plan, timeline, and budgetManages the development of project plans, risk management plans and project documentationIdentifies teamwork and testing assignments and provides oversight and direction to project managers and project test teamsOversees the implementation of detailed project plans including monitoring and control of budgeted costs and delivery timelinesIdentifies business requirementsSupports new business implementations or acquisitionsFacilitates the definition of project missions, goals, tasks, and resource requirements, service levels, and customer requirementsMaintains effective communication with stakeholders during all phases of projectsResolves or assists in the resolution of conflicts within and between projects or functional areasAnalyzes customer satisfaction/dissatisfaction with products and processes, which may include pre and post campaign or conference feedbackCoordinates and completes other tasks and projects as assigned by managementSkillsBachelor's Degree in any fieldThree years of marketing support experience to include project coordination and implementationsStrong Microsoft Office Suite experience (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel)Excellent Excel skillsStrong knowledge of business development, strategic planning, marketing support and process improvementStrong knowledge of marketing principles and techniquesStrong project planning and analytical/critical thinking skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to handle confidential or sensitive information with discretionDemonstrated proficiency in spelling, punctuation, grammar skillsAbility to work independently and in a cross-functional teamDemonstrated customer-service, organizational and presentation skillsAbility to prioritize effectively and make sound decisions under pressure with tight deadlinesProblem-solving and decision-making skillsAccuracy and attention to detailsEffective customer-service and organizational skillsGood judgmentDemonstrated oral and written communications skillsSkilled at multitaskingSelf-starterStrong presentation skills with large audiencesExtensive experience in vendor managementProven track record in successful project implementationProven background in promoting health and wellnessExperience working in Competitive Market Analysis or ResearchBenefitsWe offer our employees great benefits and rewards.
