With a team of over 30 expert instructors, including manned pilots and specialty drone pilots, we've trained over 17,000 drone pilots to date. Our mission is to empower individuals and organizations with the knowledge and skills needed to excel in the fast-evolving field of drone technology.
Responsibilities:
Conduct cold outreach to schedule appointments for our CEO, facilitating vital connections and opportunities for the company.
Research grants, compile lists for procurement, and address industry-specific inquiries to support our ongoing projects and initiatives.
Craft engaging marketing emails using provided templates, tailoring content to resonate with our target audience and drive engagement.
Assist with minor adjustments to marketing content, ensuring accuracy and consistency across all communication channels.
Serve as a backup executive assistant when required, assisting with personal tasks, appointment scheduling, and operational support.
Collaborate with our team to identify speaking opportunities at conferences, preparing and submitting compelling proposals to showcase our expertise.
Coordinate the grant application process, gathering necessary details and documentation to streamline submissions and maximize success.
Play a pivotal role in the recruitment process by interviewing and onboarding key 1099 team members, such as grant writers, to enhance our capabilities.
Ideal Candidate:
Previous involvement in the grant application process, demonstrating familiarity with grant requirements and procedures.
Proven experience in conducting cold outreach to schedule appointments, ideally within a business development or similar context.
Background in supporting business development efforts or working within a learning management system (LMS), showcasing relevant skills and expertise.
A flexible and adaptable mindset, coupled with a proactive approach to anticipating and addressing organizational needs.
Strong persistence and a sales-oriented mindset, enabling you to navigate challenges and pursue opportunities with determination.
Comfortable working autonomously with minimal guidance, demonstrating exceptional time management and organizational skills.
