This role involves driving end-to-end go-to-market execution, campaign planning, and stakeholder alignment across various partners, ensuring that marketing strategies are translated into actionable plans.ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end program and project management for Surface go-to-market initiatives and marketing programsCoordinate cross-functional teams to translate strategy into executable plans and deliverablesDrive timelines, dependencies, risk mitigation, and stakeholder alignment across multiple concurrent projectsEstablish and maintain operating rhythms, launch checkpoints, planning processes, and reporting cadencesEnsure marketing assets, deliverables, and campaigns are launch-ready and properly sequenced across channelsPartner with marketing, creative, studio, and communications teams to support campaign execution and storytellingReview messaging, creative assets, and campaign deliverables to ensure consistency, quality, and strategic alignmentTrack progress, maintain dashboards and reporting, and provide visibility into project status and execution readinessSupport growth initiatives including upgrade programs, attach motions, messaging frameworks, and evergreen marketing effortsPresent updates, recommendations, risks, and findings to stakeholders and leadership teamsSkillsCross-Functional Project & Program Management (3+ years) – Own end-to-end initiatives, manage timelines, dependencies, risks, stakeholder communications, and execution alignment across multiple teamsProject Tracking, Reporting & Execution Management (3+ years) – Maintain dashboards, trackers, reporting tools, and operational processes using Excel, Loop, and related collaboration platformsMarketing Operations & Campaign Execution (3+ years) – Support go-to-market planning, campaign coordination, marketing calendars, asset workflows, launch sequencing, and execution readinessMessaging & Creative Review (3+ years) – Partner with creative, studio, and marketing teams to review messaging, creative assets, and campaign deliverables for consistency and strategic alignmentBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field2–4+ years of project management, program management, marketing operations, or go-to-market experience3+ years of experience managing cross-functional projects from planning through executionExperience tracking deliverables, maintaining dashboards, and reporting using Excel, Loop, or similar toolsExperience supporting marketing campaigns, launch planning, content workflows, and asset management processesStrong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence and coordinate across teamsAbility to manage multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining attention to detailExperience working with creative agencies, design teams, or marketing organizationsStrong organizational, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skillsComfort using AI-powered productivity tools such as Microsoft Copilot to improve efficiency and workflowsPMP or PMI certification preferredPrior Microsoft experience is strongly preferred but not requiredBenefitsHealth insurance (medical, dental, vision, and life)Employer-matched 401K planPaid time offPaid holidaysW2 contract opportunityCompany OverviewTeam Red Dog provides custom recruiting services in the areas of software IT/cloud, analytics, business management, and marketing.
