[Remote] Marketing Professional Mentor

They are seeking a Volunteer Marketing Professional Mentor to guide marketing interns and oversee the development and implementation of marketing strategies and communications.ResponsibilitiesSupervise and mentor 5 to 10 interns in the marketing departmentOversee and assist in various marketing processes, including but not limited to community engagement, social media, website maintenance, presentations on behalf of the company, newsletters, etcDevelop and manage general training and opportunities for your department staffParticipate in group and individual mentoring and maintain strong relationships with staff and the communityAdminister support and guidance to the executive director, fellow management, and other staff when complex and sensitive questions/issues ariseSkillsBachelor's Degree in Marketing or related studies3-5+ years' experience working in marketing and public relationsProficient computer skills, such as HTML and web design, along with Microsoft OfficeExcellent use of social media (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.)Experience of using a CRM database, website CMS preferredExperience with CanvaStrong personal integrity and ethical principlesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong organizational, problem-solving, and time management skillsAbility to work independently and collaboratively with othersAbility to develop creative and new ideasStrong attention to detail and ability to multitaskCompany OverviewThaddeus Resource Center provides counseling, education, and support programs for women and children in vulnerable situations.
