As a WFH Customer Service and Sales Representative, you'll be at the forefront of this mission, working from the comfort of your own home to provide top-notch service and support to our valued customers. **Key Responsibilities** As a WFH Customer Service and Sales Representative, you'll be responsible for: * Providing exceptional customer service and support to customers via phone, email, and chat * Selling arenaflex products and services to customers, meeting or exceeding monthly sales goals * Utilizing creative problem-solving skills to address complex customer questions and concerns * Navigating multiple tools and systems to update customer accounts and maintain records * Delivering personalized recommendations for arenaflex products and services to customers * Meeting monthly sales goals and delivering an outstanding customer experience **What You'll Do on a Daily Basis** * Instill confidence and loyalty in customers through thoughtful listening and expert knowledge of arenaflex products and services * Simplify the explanation of customer bills, rate plans, and features of arenaflex products and services * Support customers with credit/inbound and outbound collections, activations, customer service, E-services, revenue, fraud, business, and technical/roaming support inquiries * Engage Tier 3 support (network and IT), third-party vendors, and suppliers as needed to address issues, service faults, and provide customer resolution * Handle wireless local number portability (WLNP), relocations, combined bill support, after-hours inquiries, and pre-paid service * Troubleshoot and resolve various customer-impacting issues, such as voice and data, that span multiple networks and elements * Get customers up and running with the latest products and services, such as air cards, USB devices, and AT&T-provided software & applications **What You Can Look Forward To** * Competitive pay starting between $16.20 to $18.87 per hour * Additional compensation up to $3000 a month, when you meet your sales goals and performance expectations * Paid training completed from home and additional resources to support you * Excellent benefits package with medical/dental coverage, 401(k) plan, tuition reimbursement, and paid time off * Employee Discounts of up to 50% off on: + Eligible arenaflex wireless plans (up to two accounts per employee; up to 10 lines per account) and wireless accessories + arenaflex Internet (Fiber where available) + arenaflex phone & arenaflex wireless home phone **What We're Looking For** * Call center or customer service experience * Flexibility to work any schedule during hours of operation is essential.
