[Remote] Marketing Performance & Analytics Strategist

Allied Roofing Partners is seeking a Marketing Performance & Analytics Strategist to enhance their marketing reporting and analytics capabilities across various roofing brands. The role involves building reporting frameworks, analyzing marketing data, and providing insights to leadership, all while working in a remote-first environment.ResponsibilitiesBuild and maintain marketing dashboards, scorecards, and recurring reports across multiple brands and marketsTrack and report on key performance metrics, including spend, leads, cost per lead, booked jobs, sold jobs, revenue attribution, booking rate, close rate, and marketing efficiencyPull and reconcile data from ad platforms, CRMs, call tracking systems, website analytics, and agency reportsSupport data QA, lead-source cleanup, campaign naming consistency, and reporting accuracy across platformsDevelop weekly and monthly reporting summaries for leadership and brand teamsSupport Google Ads, Local Services Ads, and Meta campaign monitoring, optimization, budget pacing, and performance reportingAssist with landing page, website, and conversion path recommendations based on campaign performanceSupport SEO-related work, including local page content, service page updates, FAQ content, and basic website copy editsMake small website updates in WordPress or similar CMS platforms as neededAssist with Google Tag Manager QA, pixel implementation, conversion tracking, and troubleshooting across websites and ad platformsSupport basic technical SEO and structured data QA, including schema, location page markup, and indexing issuesReview agency and vendor reports, identify performance gaps, and help translate findings into internal action itemsAssist with new brand onboarding, including audits of marketing accounts, tracking, websites, CRMs, call tracking, Google Business Profiles, and reporting accessHelp document marketing processes, reporting standards, onboarding checklists, and campaign tracking requirementsSkillsStrong experience building or maintaining marketing dashboards and performance reportsAdvanced Excel or Google Sheets skillsExperience with reporting tools such as Looker Studio, Power BI, Tableau, or similar platformsAbility to analyze marketing performance and explain trends, gaps, and opportunities clearlyUnderstanding of digital marketing KPIs, including leads, CPL, conversion rate, booked jobs, revenue attribution, ROAS, and marketing efficiencyComfortable working with data from multiple sources and identifying inconsistenciesStrong attention to detail and ability to troubleshoot tracking or reporting issuesClear written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work independently in a remote environmentGoogle Ads, Google Local Services Ads, or Meta Ads experienceGA4 and Google Tag Manager experienceWordPress or similar CMS experienceSEO content writing or local SEO experienceCRM, call tracking, or lead-source reporting experienceHome services, roofing, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or local service marketing experienceAgency or vendor coordination experienceExperience with Power BI, Snowflake, SQL, Python, or other data automation toolsBenefitsRemote-first work structure.Paid holidays and dedicated time off.Travel reimbursement for approved company travel.Access to marketing platforms, reporting tools, ad accounts, CRMs, and vendor relationships.Opportunity to help build marketing reporting and analytics infrastructure across a growing portfolio of brands.Growth path into a senior marketing performance, analytics, marketing operations, or platform marketing role as ARP scales.Company OverviewAllied Roofing Partners operates a national group of roofing contractors and provides capital and strategic support to partner companies.
