[Remote] Marketing Operations Specialist

ISEP Study Abroad is seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled problem-solver to join their team as a Marketing Operations Specialist. This role will optimize marketing automation, website operations, and cross-functional marketing responsibilities, supporting marketing operations through Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement and improving engagement at each stage of the pipeline.ResponsibilitiesBuild and maintain automated engagement programs for B2B and B2C audiencesDevelop audience segmentation strategies and campaign logic for all targeted communicationsTest and optimize email campaigns for deliverability, accessibility, engagement, and conversion performanceConduct A/B testing on subject lines, layouts, calls-to-action, and audience segmentationMonitor email performance metrics and recommend ongoing improvementsEnsure compliance and consistency in MCAE communications, forms, lists, and automationsBuild and manage automated workflows for webinars, events, recruitment initiatives, and other marketing campaignsCoordinate event registration, follow-up communications, and reminders through MCAE engagement programsKeep Salesforce MCAE content (emails, forms, lists) organizedIn collaboration with ISEPβs Salesforce Administrator, create email engagement and other relevant reportsUnder the direction of MarCom leadership, update and maintain the ISEP website structure and flow to improve the user experienceMonitor website performance and identify opportunities for improvements using Google Analytics and SalesforceEnsure the ISEP website meets accessibility and compliance standardsIn collaboration with the marketing team, update website content as neededCollaborate with web developers to support marketing functionality within Ruby on Rails websites and applicationsCoordinate communication and project execution tied to annual seasonal readiness and organizational operationsDocument recurring operational cycles in AsanaOrganize and maintain marketing files, digital assets, and shared content librariesSupport the development and maintenance of a centralized MarCom Hub for staff resources and collaborationUnder the guidance of the Director of Marketing, review marketing support intake requests and assist in project coordinationIn partnership with IT, research, test, and implement AI-driven tools and integrations that improve marketing operations and efficiencySupport emerging marketing technology initiatives and process innovationProduce and maintain reports and dashboards related to marketing performance, engagement metrics, campaign effectiveness, and lead generationAnalyze marketing data to identify trends, opportunities, and optimization recommendationsSupport attribution tracking and reporting initiatives across digital campaignsTrack and report on user behavior and website entry pointsSkills2 years of experience on a marketing team, ideally in marketing operations, marketing automation, CRM administration, marketing campaign execution, or similar roleHands-on experience using email marketing automation platformsExperience maintaining website contentStrong analytical, organizational, and troubleshooting skillsExcellent communication skills, demonstrated by application materialsExperience in cross-functional (many different teams/roles) collaborationSalesforce or Pardot/MCAE experienceExperience using Google AnalyticsKnowledge of lead attribution and marketing funnel analyticsExperience maintaining websites using basic HTML, CSS, and AI tools to build simple codeExperience working in higher education, non-profit, or international education settingsInternational or cross-cultural study, work, or travel experienceCompany OverviewAs a trusted educational community, we are committed to helping students overcome the financial and academic barriers to study abroad.
