They are seeking a Marketing Operations Specialist to join the Marketing team, focusing on the financial and operational backbone of the marketing organization while providing a development path into brand and category leadership.ResponsibilitiesOwn the end-to-end PO lifecycle (creation, approval tracking, amendments, and closeout) across all marketing channels so campaigns launch without financial frictionProcess vendors and agency invoices from intake through payment, ensuring accurate coding, valid documentation, and compliance with contracts, SOWs, and approved budgets; reconcile against media plans and Pos, resolving discrepancies with vendors and FinanceServe as the primary point of contact for all vendor billing inquiries, dispute resolution, and payment statusMaintain the marketing budget tracker as the single source of truth, providing real time spend visibility by vendor, channel, campaign, region, and cost centerManage new vendor setup with Accounting and Procurement and support annual and quarterly marketing budget planning cyclesMonitor spend compliance and escalate off-plan activity to marketing leadership; train team members on PO and invoice processes to build financial literacyUtilize Asana by owning board structure, project templates, task hygiene, and reporting views, and maintain the master marketing calendar that integrates brand, retail, Amazon, DTC, innovation, media, and internationalDrive the marketing team's operating rhythm by managing all recurring syncs with agendas and follow-through and project-manage key deliverablesCoordinate NDA, MSA, and SOW routing in partnership with Legal; tracking redlines, approvals, and execution in LinkSquaresAct as a day-to-day connector between Marketing and FP&A, Accounting, Legal, Procurement, IT, and People Operations; while maintaining shared tools, access permissions, and the central asset libraryManage logistics for team offsites, workshops, and agency reviews; support marketing leadership on materials for CMO and executive reviewsSkills3+ years of experience in marketing operations, marketing coordination, agency account management, finance operations, or a comparable cross-functional coordination roleHands-on experience with invoice processing, purchase orders, and/or budget tracking — ideally in a marketing or agency environmentStrong financial literacy with advanced Excel/Google Sheets proficiencyExceptional attention to detail and organizational discipline — the kind of person who never lets something fall through the cracksProven ability to manage multiple priorities, competing deadlines, and a high volume of stakeholder requests without losing qualityStrong written and verbal communication skills; confident interacting with vendors, senior marketers, and cross-functional partnersProficiency with (or demonstrated ability to quickly master) project management platforms — Asana experience strongly preferredA growth mindset and genuine curiosity about brand, marketing, retail, and consumer businessesBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, Communications, or related fieldCPG, DTC, or omnichannel consumer brand experienceExperience supporting media, agency, creator, or production-related spendExposure to retail or Amazon marketing operationsExperience with ERP/financial systems (e.g., NetSuite), procurement tools, and marketing budget management platformsBenefits20 accrued vacation days per year40 hours of paid sick leave annually3 paid mental health days9 paid holidaysPet insuranceLife insurance, AD&D and long-term disability coverageMedical, dental, and vision insurance plansHealth Savings Accounts (HSA) and Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA)Employee Assistance ProgramAccident and critical illness plansEmployee 401(k) plan and company matchMonthly utility allowance to help cover the costs of Wifi and phone usageGenerous discount on our productsWellness challengesPaid parental leaveRecognition initiativesOne paid volunteer day per yearCertified Great Place to WorkCompany OverviewMANSCAPED creates a dynamic educational movement and culture focused on the importance of men’s health, hygiene, and refinement.
