Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and launch new marketing assortments and campaigns
Own and manage requirements gathering, experimentation, and marketing strategies to support new assortment development
Define and advance standard operating procedures, best practices, and playbooks to support self-service marketing and experimentation
Analyze data to measure marketing program effectiveness and make data-driven decisions
Work closely with product, science, and engineering teams to develop and automate new occasional, event, and evergreen assortments
Requirements:
3+ years of experience in digital marketing or product management
Bachelor's degree
Experience participating in cross-functional projects
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to use and interpret data to measure marketing programs
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
Proven ability to deliver results and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience executing and analyzing online tests
Experience in DTC and e-commerce products/services
