[Remote] Marketing Manager

This individual contributor role will own the creative lifecycle and campaign strategy for both consumer and healthcare provider marketing, reporting directly to the Director of Marketing.ResponsibilitiesAssess gaps across the full marketing funnel—from awareness to retention—and execute integrated campaign strategies for both consumer and HCP audiencesOwn the end-to-end creative process, including consumer insights, briefing, and providing actionable feedback to external advertising agencies and freelancersLead multi-channel campaigns across paid media (Google, Meta, CTV), email, SMS, direct mail, Amazon, and ShopifyPartner with Performance Media, Content, and Automation Managers to ensure cohesive execution and translate data insights into smarter creative decisionsPropose hypotheses and structure tests to improve conversion and engagement, maintaining a relentless "test-and-learn" mindsetSkills7+ years of marketing experience with a proven track record of owning campaigns and delivering measurable resultsExperience in managing external agency, vendor, and freelancer relationships is essentialDeep understanding of paid media, email, SMS, and e-commerce platformsDemonstrated ability to manage the full creative process from initial strategy through final deliveryComfortable interpreting performance data to optimize creative outputExceptional written and verbal skills, with a focus on clear, concise, and persuasive messagingA self-starter with a bias for action who thrives in fast-moving, remote environmentsExperience in health, wellness, supplements, or a similarly regulated consumer categoryPrevious experience with healthcare provider (HCP) marketingFamiliarity with Amazon or Shopify ecosystemsExperience working in or alongside an advertising agency is strongly preferredCompany OverviewTrajectory is a boutique executive recruiting firm that specializes in helping high-growth companies secure the right leadership talent—those who will not only succeed in the role but drive sustainable impact.
