Key responsibilities for this Commercial Assistant position: • Preparing, processing and managing client documentation and paperwork • Supporting financial planning activity behind client deals • Processing withdrawals and client instructions accurately • Updating client records, including address changes and data management • Maintaining accuracy across internal systems and processes • Providing full administrative support to Advisers and Private Client Managers • Collaborating with other Client Administrator to ensure smooth office operations • Meeting and greeting clients and supporting front‑of‑house activities • Assisting with stationery, office coordination and general office support What background and experience are the company looking for? The successful Client Administrator will be highly organised, detail‑focused and motivated to build a career within financial services.
