They are seeking a Marketing Manager responsible for setting marketing channel permissions, shaping integrations for new channels, and creating best practices for marketing operations.ResponsibilitiesSet permissions and opt-out strategy for all marketing channels (DM, EM, SMS, OB Call, emerging channels), partnering with Consumer Product and cross-functional teams on flowsShape integrations for new channels and vendors with the right standards, APIs and feedback loops—pushing for real-time data feeds on opt-outs, reach rates, dispositions and outcomes drivenCreate marketing channel best practices and standards definitions, including regulations, data closed loops and KPIs (e.g., e.g., call reach rate, open rate, dispositions, outcomes), and brand standards. Include SLAs for abiding by regulatory opt-out rates across all channelsTrain the marketing team on channel best practices to drive shared understanding and consistent applicationDefine and capture channel-based adoption and orchestration-related MBOs and processesManage and operationalize changes to DNC, SPAM and other key regulations such as TCPAOperationalize standards with Mercury (upon approvals from appropriate business stakeholders)Partner with Marketing Intelligence team to build, manage, socialize, and train on a refreshed campaign & journey taxonomy to enable performance tracking (attribution) for both member outcomes and new member growthSkillsProven ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives through influence, managing multiple stakeholders across marketing, technology, analytics, and compliance organizationsExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience producing clear standards, policies, and training materials for broad audiencesStrong analytical and data-driven mindset, with the ability to translate complex data and technical concepts into clear operational guidance for teamsDemonstrated intellectual curiosity and a growth mindset, with a willingness to learn new channels, technologies, regulations, and operating models in a rapidly evolving marketing and compliance landscapeComfort operating in ambiguity and building structure where none existsCompany OverviewDiverse Lynx is a WBENC- and NMSDC-certified partner, helping organizations turn diversity goals into measurable impact through staffing and contingent workforce solutions.
