[Remote] Marketing Director (Lifestyle)

This role involves developing and executing marketing strategies that enhance brand health and commercial performance, while also managing cross-functional projects and collaborating with various teams to support brand initiatives.ResponsibilitiesAssist and, in some cases, lead the development and implementation of marketing plans, strategies, and tactics, both long term and short term, to help achieve brand commercial goalsManage activities of internal and external agency partners to ensure on-time and on-strategy execution of high-impact brand marketing, including crafting clear briefs and providing strategic feedback during creative reviewsManage cross-functional projects to support brand marketing objectivesOversee photo and video shoots in support of business and/or marketing objectivesCollaborate with key partners and actively handle business partners at all levels across the enterprise, with a focus on Owners, Category, Global Brand Heads, and cross-functional teams within the Marketing and Loyalty organizationCollaborate with marketing and creative teams to ensure on-brand deliverablesParticipate in category and department-wide initiatives and represent the brands in task forces and interdepartmental efforts as neededManage a cross-functional team responsible for creating, sourcing, and delivering on-brand and cost-effective OS&E and collateral to hotelsManage a team of direct reports responsible for social media, reporting, general brand marketing, and project managementSkills7+ years of experience in marketing, brand management, or a related fieldExperience crafting and executing distinctive consumer marketing campaigns, including digital and socialExperience leading the development of strategic briefs to support business and marketing objectivesExperience managing complex projects and initiativesExperience managing a multi-million-dollar budgetExperience working across multiple brands within a portfolio simultaneouslyWillingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed, up to 20%Experience working with hospitality brands is a plusBenefitsContract workers are not employees of Hilton or any of its subsidiaries, nor will they be eligible for Hilton benefits.Company OverviewHilton is a hospitality company, owns luxury and full-service hotels and resorts, and focused-service hotels.
