About the Role
EyePromise is building a focused, high-impact growth engine-simplifying the portfolio, scaling what works, and creating new digital-first revenue streams.
The Head of Portfolio, Innovation & Digital-First Consumer Brands is a hands-on builder role responsible for driving:
Portfolio optimization (what we prioritize and scale)
Commercial innovation (bundles, offers, new products)
Digital-first brand incubation (new revenue streams)
This role connects what we build with how it performs in market—ensuring innovation drives real, measurable growth, and will report into the Commercial Growth Officer.
You will build, test, and scale-not just plan.
What You’ll Own
Portfolio Optimization (Core Business)
Own day-to-day portfolio management and optimization, including:
SKU prioritization and rationalization (what to scale vs. deprioritize)
Pricing strategy and testing (price points, promo structure, discounting)
Product mix and margin optimization
Identify opportunities to improve:
Conversion
AOV / attach rate
Customer lifetime value
Partner with Growth, CX, and Sales to translate portfolio decisions into in-market execution
Continuously refine the portfolio toward fewer, higher-performing SKUs and offers
Commercial Innovation
Build and launch:
Bundles and protocol-based offers
Cross-sell and attach strategies
Pricing and promotional tests
Translate insights into live, in-market experiments, working with the dComm team
Ensure all innovation is designed for commercial performance (not just concept)
New Products & Extensions
Develop and test with channel teams:
New SKUs
Product extensions
New offer constructs
Digital-First Consumer Brands
Incubate and test new digital-first products and concepts
Build MVPs quickly and iterate based on performance
Leverage creator ecosystems and emerging consumer behaviors
Scale winning concepts into meaningful revenue streams
End-to-End Execution
Own the full lifecycle: concept > launch >scale (or stop)
Move quickly-prioritize speed and learning over perfection
Run rapid test-and-learn cycles
Track performance (conversion, CAC, LTV, attach, margin)
Scale what works quickly
Stop underperforming ideas early
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with:
CX & CLV (retention + subscription)
Creator & Medical Credibility (marketing+content + proof)
Amazon, DTC, and Sales/ECP teams (channel execution)
Performance & Metrics
Incremental revenue from portfolio optimization and innovation
AOV, attach rate, and CLV improvement
Speed from concept > launch > scale
Margin performance
Test velocity and win rate
