They are seeking a Marketing Data Operations Analyst to manage the marketing database infrastructure and collaborate with marketing teams to enhance audience segmentation and data strategies.ResponsibilitiesApply best practices to uphold high standards of data quality, facilitating precise audience segmentation, reporting and analysisLeading the continuous efforts to look for ways to improve data quality within the database to maximise marketable audiences and database utilisationCreate, manage and develop audiences and segmentation models for improved audience targetingGathering marketer requirements to build effective audience lists for marketing campaignsLeading the charge to proactively create and maintain communication with the marketing team to define audience criteria, ensuring alignment with regional priorities and effective segmentationDrive collaboration with marketers to create and test new audience segments, presenting ideas and solutions to enhance database performance and drive engagementProvide ongoing sessions with the marketing team to help improve understanding and best utilisation of Zooms marketing databaseOwning the responsibility to ensure compliance with privacy laws (e.g. GDPR) and internal opt-in requirements for both new data and data stored in the databaseCollaborating with the Data Operations Team, as well as our wider Marketing Ops and cross-functional IT and Data Teams to ensure that the marketing database in our Data Warehouse platform remains up-to-date and aligned with organizational needsSupport in the processing and management of incoming lead data, ensuring the accurate classification of dataSkillsIdeally has a Bachelor's degree in a technology or computer science-related subject5+ years of related experience working with large-scale databases that focus on both B2C/B2B dataVery strong knowledge of marketing data, tools, and technologies, including CRM systems, CDP/SCV, marketing automation platforms, data warehouses, and dashboard/reporting toolsVery strong expertise in data analysis, reporting, and strong proficiency in SQL or equivalentVery strong attention to detail and analytical mindset, with an ability to turn data into actionable insightsExcellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders, with an ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholdersProblem-solving mindset with attention to detail, and can work independently and take initiativeBenefitsWorkplace_type: Fully remote6-month contract, with extension opportunitiesCompany OverviewAlgomarketing is a digital marketing company that provides recruitment, business intelligence, and analytics services.
