This role combines strategic marketing analytics with hands-on technical expertise in data modeling, pipeline development, and reporting to drive measurable growth through high-quality data and actionable insights.ResponsibilitiesDefine, standardize, and govern marketing KPIs, ensuring consistent tracking and reporting across channelsAnalyze marketing performance to generate actionable insights on demand generation, channel optimization, and campaign effectivenessPartner with marketing, sales, and operations teams to improve lead management, funnel performance, and conversion outcomesTranslate complex data into clear recommendations for both technical and non-technical stakeholdersDesign and maintain scalable marketing data models within SnowflakeBuild and optimize data pipelines integrating HubSpot, CRM, web analytics, and advertising platformsLead data collection, integration, transformation, and validation across multiple marketing data sourcesEnsure data quality, governance, and accessibility for reporting and analytics use casesTroubleshoot data issues and implement monitoring processes to maintain reliable datasetsDevelop and manage scalable dashboards and reporting solutions in Power BIAutomate reporting processes for marketing performance and business KPIsEnable self-service analytics for stakeholders through well-structured datasets and dashboardsPartner with IT, data engineering, and data science teams on data architecture and long-term platform strategyCollaborate with Marketing Operations and Sales Operations to optimize system integrations and workflowsDocument analytics processes, data definitions, and SOPs to ensure consistency and scalabilitySkills7+ years of experience in marketing analytics, marketing operations, data engineering, or related rolesStrong experience with Snowflake (or similar cloud data platforms) and data modelingHands-on experience building data pipelines and managing large-scale datasetsProficiency in SQL and Python for data transformation and analysisExperience with marketing technologies (HubSpot, CRM systems, web analytics, ad platforms)Strong experience with Power BI or similar BI tools for dashboard developmentAbility to connect technical solutions to marketing outcomes and business impactBenefitsW2 optionCompany OverviewRadiant Systems, Inc. is a certified Minority Business Enterprise, a Global Consulting company founded in 1995.
