Associate, Vendor Management Operations (Night Shift)
Job Summary
We are seeking an Associate to join our Vendor Operations team in Kolkata. The successful candidate will manage assigned vendor relationships, handle day-to-day vendor operations, and ensure timely delivery of invoices along with efficient and cost-effective services.
Key Responsibilities
Vendor Management
Develop and maintain strong relationships with TMU vendors.
Coordinate with vendors to ensure smooth communication and issue resolution.
Ensure timely delivery and processing of invoices.
Operations Management
Review and support new vendor onboarding activities.
Resolve operational issues promptly and efficiently.
Handle day-to-day vendor operations, including missing data follow-ups and related coordination.
Maintain operational records and support reporting activities.
Required Skills & Competencies
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Good computer knowledge, especially Microsoft Office.
Strong analytical and data-driven approach.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work collaboratively with stakeholders.
Good attention to detail and organizational skills.
Preferred Skills / Tools Knowledge
Preferred Skills / Tools Knowledge
Mid-size data analysis skills.
Familiarity with analytical SQL will be an added advantage.
Experience working with vendor management or operations processes is preferred.
Educational Qualification
Bachelor’s degree / Graduate in any discipline.
Experience
2–3 years of relevant experience.
This role requires working in US business hours/night shift.
