The company is seeking a highly organized, creative, and technology-savvy Marketing & Creative Coordinator to support the execution of global marketing initiatives, including content creation, social media management, and event support.ResponsibilitiesDesign and produce eBooks, whitepapers, presentations, social media graphics, LinkedIn banners, infographics, sales collateral, and other marketing assetsCreate event and sponsorship materials including banners, signage, advertisements, booth graphics, and promotional collateralEnsure all assets align with Ethixbase360's brand standards and visual identitySupport content creation and formatting across blogs, newsletters, customer stories, and Wordpress website contentManage Ethixbase360's social media channels, with a primary focus on LinkedInCreate, schedule, publish, and monitor social media contentRepurpose webinars, blogs, reports, and thought leadership content into engaging social media campaignsMonitor engagement and provide regular social media performance reportingBuild and deploy marketing emails, landing pages, forms, and workflows in HubSpotSupport lead management, reporting, and campaign tracking across HubSpot and SalesforceMaintain website content and digital assets in wordpressMonitor and report on campaign performance, including email, website, social media, and content engagement metricsAssist with database management and marketing reportingBudget tracking support and vendor onboardingSet up and manage webinars using GoToWebinarBuild registration pages and attendee communicationsProvide live webinar administration and support during eventsProduce webinar reports and support post-event follow-up activitiesLeverage AI tools such as Claude, Canva AI, and similar technologies to improve marketing productivityTransform webinars, reports, blogs, and long-form content into derivative content formats including social posts, email campaigns, presentations, graphics, and website contentDevelop prompts, workflows, and templates to support efficient content productionSupport conference, event, and sponsorship logisticsCreate event banners, booth graphics, signage, and promotional materialsCoordinate with vendors, agencies, event organizers, and external partnersTrack marketing budgets and maintain expenditure recordsProcess and track vendor invoices and marketing-related expensesMaintain project plans, marketing calendars, and operational documentationSkillsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Business, or a related field1-3 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, content marketing, or a related roleStrong Canva and graphic design skills with experience creating professional marketing collateralExperience managing corporate social media channels, particularly LinkedInHands-on experience with HubSpot, including email marketing, landing pages, forms, and reportingFamiliarity with Salesforce CRMExperience in Wordpress or similarExperience supporting webinars using GoToWebinar or similar platformsExperience using AI-powered tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, Canva AI, or similar technologiesStrong written communication skills and attention to detailAbility to work independently while collaborating effectively across global teamsExcellent organizational and project management skillsBenefitsWe provide competitive compensation and a professional atmosphere.This is a collaborative and inclusive work environment where individuals strong on aptitude and positive attitude will have opportunities to grow their professional careers through working with some of the most advanced technology and talented developers in the business.Company OverviewEthixbase360 delivers market-leading technology to help companies identify, manage, and mitigate risks in their third-party network.
