They are seeking a Marketing & Communications Coordinator to support the execution of marketing and content operations, ensuring brand consistency and clear messaging across various channels.ResponsibilitiesDraft, edit, and publish written communications: emails, public statements, online articles, website posts, internal announcements, and social copyMaintain brand voice consistency across all written touchpointsProofread and quality-check all outgoing communications before distributionCreate on-brand graphics and marketing assets using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop), and AI-assisted platformsSupport production of digital and print materials: social graphics, email headers, one-pagers, briefings, leave-behind materialsResize and optimize assets across formats and platformsTurn a long-form document or complex topic into a single visual - an infographic, graphic, or image that tells the story at a glance and leaves an impressionManage content calendar and post scheduling across LinkedIn, and the corporate websiteTrack engagement metrics and flag trends or opportunities to the Senior DirectorUpdate and maintain the content of the website to include updated data points and corporate informationMonitor job boards and employer review websitesSupport solution-focused content development and execution and coordinate cross-functional inputsMaintain organized asset libraries and content archivesAssist with vendor and agency coordination as neededSupport production of Business Development Material to include editing and content development for Proposals, White papers, and Pitch BriefsOwn and enforce the brand style guide across all materials (tone, visuals, logo usage, and messaging)Review outgoing communications and assets before they go out; flag and correct anything off-brandEnsure external-facing communication clearly reflects who we are, what we do, and how we're differentSupport the MARCOM in protecting our key messages, positioning, and company narrativeMonitor brand mentions and act as a quality filterProactively find opportunities to grow brand visibility and maintain a consistent presence across all active channelsResearch and identify relevant industry awards, "best of" lists, rankings, and recognition programs the firm should be considered forOwn the submissions process end-to-end: gathering supporting materials, writing nomination copy, and meeting deadlinesTrack submission calendars and build a running pipeline of upcoming opportunities across the yearIdentify speaking opportunities, editorial placements, and thought leadership platforms that align with the firm's positioningMaintain a record of submissions, outcomes, and follow-up actions to build a stronger program year over yearSkillsUS Citizen3-5 years in communications, Government Contracting Business Development, or content creation in a Federal or International Business RoleStrong written EnglishProficiency in content creation platforms, including Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop), Canva, and PowerPointHands-on experience with social media management (for business) tools (e.g., LinkedIn)Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously without dropping ballsAble to take complex or technical ideas, ask the right questions, and translate them into clear, compelling copy tailored to each audienceYou're genuinely curious - about the industry, the firm, and the people we're trying to reachComfortable working directly with senior leadership across divisionsExperience in Government Contracting Proposal Development, and with Acquisition VehiclesFamiliarity with AI-assist marketing, design, and editing platformsBasic video editing or motion graphics skillsExperience building or maintaining a brand style guideBenefitsComplete Flextime401k With Employer MatchingHealthcare, Including Medical, Dental, and VisionHealth Savings Account (HSA) And Pre-Tax Premium OptionsSupplementary healthcare and family supportExtended Short-Term Disability and Long-Term DisabilityHealthcare Insurance Deductible PaydownHealth and Wellness ProgramsTuition Reimbursement, Student Loan Repayment, and Education & Training StipendsCell Phone / Internet StipendsCollege Saving Plans with Employer ContributionsAlternative Work Locations and Tele-CommutingEmployee Referral AwardsRetention, Signing & Performance BonusesCommuter BenefitsPaid SabbaticalCompany OverviewForge Group, LLC is a global solutions provider.
