[Remote] Marketing Communications Coordinator

The Marketing Communications Coordinator will support the execution of marketing campaigns and communication activities, focusing on content development and maintaining consistent brand messaging across various channels.ResponsibilitiesAssist the MarCom lead with evaluating communications, new and current, and determining the appropriate content, design, disclosures, and channel as well as define the audience criteria and delivery/timing for each projectCollaborate with Designers, Writers, Developers and Marketing Strategists to create communications that fit the customers’ needs within their journey and the company’s visionEnsure every communication goes through a formal review process and work with legal and compliance on any required adjustmentsCoordinate the proper set up of all communications within the CRM platformsProof approved creative with the final piece for absolute accuracyTest deliverability with Developers to make sure formatting and loading is optimal for all major mobile devices and appsVerify approved audience criteria, including consent opt-ins, with final lists provided by StrategistsMonitor all marketing campaigns daily to ensure they are all sending as scheduledSupport the tracking, reporting, and analyzing of each campaign to see if any adjustments or further testing are neededKeep up to date with advancements and best practices within each communication channelUnderstand laws and regulations that impact Customer communications (i.e. CAN-SPAM, TCPA, etc.)Assist with conducting periodic marketing communication auditsEstablish a monthly calendar of all communications sent out to customers and maintain a library of current creative, criteria and schedule or cadenceDocument all team processes and procedures for both training and auditing purposes, updating these documents as neededSupport creative on the development of organic social mediaMonitor feedback and work with team to make sure we respondConduct business and perform job duties in a manner consistent with the requirements set forth in all company policies, procedures and other directives, and in compliance with legal and regulatory requirementsComplete all compliance training assigned to understand the key provisions of law, regulation and internal policies and procedures applicable to their job duties, as well as the impact of non-compliance on the company’s reputation and successOther duties as assignedSkills0-2 years' experience in marketing communicationsProficient in Microsoft Excel, Word & PowerPointStrong grammar and sentence structureAble to effectively write for various audiencesStrong organizational skills and detailed orientedFlexible, resourceful and able to pivot projects or adapt to new situations quicklyProactive, inquisitive and enjoy finding creative solutions and thinking outside the boxCuriosity about the world around you, new technology and ways to reach audiencesAbility and willingness to continuously learnPositive and team-oriented; a strong teammate and team playerBachelor's degree in a related field from an accredited college or university, or equivalent experience, preferredBasic HTML knowledge or a willingness to learn basic codeExperience with email marketing platforms (Responsys, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, etc.)Understanding or having general knowledge of the industry and loan products and servicesBenefitsFlexible Paid Time Off ProgramMedicalDentalVisionLife InsuranceDisabilityOther voluntary coverages401k programCompany OverviewAttain Finance offers consumer credit lending and personal loan services through multiple brands in the U.S. and Canada.
