[Remote] Marketing Automation Manager

They are seeking a Marketing Automation Manager to lead the transition of their marketing automation platform from Oracle Eloqua to Adobe Marketo, while managing and optimizing the platform for effective campaign execution and reporting.ResponsibilitiesOwn and drive the migration from Eloqua to Marketo, including architecture design, data mapping, and program migrationIdentify opportunities to simplify, standardize, and improve existing processes during the transitionEstablish scalable frameworks for campaign execution, reporting, and governance within MarketoDevelop and operationalize marketing automation strategies that support pipeline and revenue goalsDesign and maintain lead lifecycle models, lead scoring frameworks, and segmentation strategiesBuild and enforce consistent campaign hierarchies to enable accurate reporting and visibilityDefine and support attribution models that measure marketing’s impact across the buyer journeyManage day-to-day execution in Marketo, including campaign builds, QA, launches, and performance monitoringEnsure data quality, compliance, and system integrity across marketing systemsCreate and maintain documentation, processes, and best practices for marketing automationDevelop and maintain dashboards and reporting frameworks that provide visibility into campaign performance, funnel health, and pipeline impactPartner with Marketing and Revenue Operations to deliver actionable insights and support data-driven decision makingPartner with Marketing, Sales, Revenue Operations, and Engineering to align systems and processesTranslate business requirements into scalable marketing automation solutionsSupport integrations across the martech stack without requiring direct engineering workSkills5+ years of experience in marketing automation or marketing operationsStrong expertise in Adobe Marketo, including program design, lifecycle processing, and reportingExperience leading or supporting a marketing automation platform migration (Eloqua & Marketo experience strongly preferred)Deep knowledge of: Lead scoring (behavioral and demographic), Campaign hierarchy design, Attribution models and reporting, Segmentation and lifecycle managementAbility to operate effectively at both the strategic and execution levelExperience working cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teamsStrong analytical, organizational, and communication skillsExperience with Qualified, ZoomInfo, and Zoom EventsFamiliarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce and marketing data architectureExperience in B2B enterprise or high-growth environmentsBenefitsCompetitive compensation and comprehensive health, dental, and vision coverageRetirement savings programs with company matching (401(k) or RRSP)Generous paid time off, including holidays, and vacationPaid parental leave and family support benefitsLife and disability
