[Remote] Senior Technical Recruiter

They are hiring a Senior Technical Recruiter to support full-cycle hiring across their technical organization during a period of rapid growth, focusing on engineering, product, and data roles.ResponsibilitiesOwn full-cycle recruiting from intake through offer, primarily for technical roles (engineering, product, data and analytics) and technical-adjacent roles (design, product marketing)Partner with hiring managers to define candidate profiles, align on priorities, and set timelinesBuild and run AI-enabled sourcing strategies to engage high volumes of qualified technical candidatesManage pipelines in Ashby with accurate tracking, timely follow-up, and clear communicationConduct screens to assess technical fit and motivation, and coordinate structured interview loopsMaintain a high bar for candidate experience through transparency and follow-throughTrack recruiting metrics (pipeline health, time to fill, sourcing effectiveness) and improve process as volume growsSkills5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with at least 2 years recruiting technical talent (engineering, product, or data)Strong proactive sourcing skills; comfort building pipelines rather than relying on inboundAI-native recruiter - hands-on experience with Juicebox.ai and a modern recruiting CRM is requiredExperience recruiting in a startup or high-growth environmentAbility to manage multiple open roles while staying organized and responsiveHigh self-discipline and accountability; effective in a low-structure, ambiguous environmentClear, professional communication with candidates and internal stakeholdersExperience recruiting in the Bay Area and/or Boston strongly preferredCompany OverviewGeneral Medicine is a newly launched, nationwide healthcare platform.
