They are seeking a Growth Marketing Lead to manage AI-driven strategies, oversee marketing operations, and ensure campaign efficiency while collaborating with creative agencies and cross-functional teams.ResponsibilitiesIdentify, pilot, and build AI-driven workflows that increase Growth team velocity, including maintaining a custom prompt library to standardize high-quality output across initiativesDefine and track success metrics for AI and automation initiatives, including time saved, conversion lift, and customer experience improvements, and report results to the Growth teamTrain cross-functional team members on AI best practices and embed automation into daily marketing operations to build repeatable, scalable processesServe as the day-to-day lead for creative agencies, providing clear direction and feedback to produce consumer and provider materials aligned with InStride's brand and campaign goalsOwn and optimize Zoho CRM and Marketing Automation, executing campaigns across consumer and provider segments and identifying opportunities to improve performance and efficiencyManage timelines for multi-channel initiatives, coordinating across consumer and provider teams to keep campaigns on schedule and on briefMaintain the centralized marketing asset library, ensuring all creative materials are organized, current, and easily accessible to cross-functional partnersOwn third-party promotional relationships and directory listings at the state and national level, and drive the acquisition of patient and provider testimonials in written and video formatsLead internal marketing communications, including bi-weekly companywide announcements and cross-functional meeting coordinationTrack and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), delivering actionable insights and recommendations to the Growth teamPlan and execute quarterly Growth team offsites and internal events to drive strategic alignment and team cultureSkills3-6 years of experience in marketing coordination, growth marketing, or marketing operations, preferably within a high-growth digital or healthcare environmentDemonstrated experience building and configuring AI-driven workflows, with a track record of turning manual processes into scalable, repeatable automations that increase team efficiency and reduce operational overheadStrong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate concepts clearly and compellinglyStrong project management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities across multiple internal stakeholders in a fast-paced environmentCuriosity and a willingness to learn and ask questions to improve outcomesExceptional attention to detail and a high bar for qualityDemonstrated proficiency in Zoho CRM and Marketing Automation; familiarity with analytics tools such as Looker and lead generation platforms such as ZoomInfo is a plusExperience managing external vendors or creative agencies, including the ability to provide constructive creative feedbackExperience using Office and Google Products, Canva and Adobe to produce presentations and marketing materials.
