[Remote] Marketing Associate

The Marketing Associate will support a wide range of marketing tactics and revenue growth initiatives, assisting in the execution of go-to-market plans and ensuring compliance with firm guidelines and brand standards.ResponsibilitiesProvide assistance for a wide range of marketing tactics and revenue growth initiatives to help execute go-to-market plans such as: demand generation and nurturing campaigns, webinars, videos, sponsorships, special events, seminars, trade show exhibits, advertising and communicationsProvide writing and marketing assistance for a wide range of marketing strategy and content tacticsAssist supervisor and other marketing colleagues in developing and maintaining up-to-date collateral, and other contentFollow processes and best practices to enable the tracking of marketing return on investmentCollaborate with colleagues as appropriate to plan and execute workParticipate in planning, project-specific, and team meetings, as necessaryEnsure compliance with firm guidelines and brand standardsContinuously expand knowledge base of industries or servicesProvide other marketing support as needed to agency teams:Work with teams to ensure the accuracy of client and prospect listsAssist with lead management activities, as neededProvide support with Salesforce.com, as requestedParticipate in marketing task forces and special projectsPerform research as needed:Assist in conducting online research of specific companies, executives and target listsUse internal and external research as needed when executing workMaintain and expand knowledge base in a variety of marketing areas:Integrate new knowledge, skills, and best practices into daily work and share with colleagues as appropriateSkillsBachelor's degree in marketing, communications, English, journalism or related fieldMinimum of 6+ months of marketing and/or internship experienceExcellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of staff from entry level to partners and work well in a team environment. High level of attention to detailKnowledge of marketing tools and techniques. Excellent Microsoft Office Suite skills. Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, business-related social media and Salesforce.com helpful.
