[Remote] Marketing and Lead Generation Specialist- Tecksoft

They are seeking a motivated individual to help build their national lead generation engine, which involves planning campaigns, managing CRM activities, and collaborating with sales and marketing teams. Responsibilities β’ Plan and execute targeted lead-generation campaigns to support growth across Canada β’ Manage and optimize CRM activities in HubSpot (lead tracking, pipeline updates, and campaign performance metrics) β’ Research and build lists of potential customers using tools like DealFront, ZoomInfo or LinkedIn Sales Navigator β’ Support content and digital marketing efforts by creating email templates, short videos, and campaign materials β’ Coordinate outreach efforts β including occasional cold calls and follow-ups with clinics across Canada β’ Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to design campaigns for new product features and upsell opportunities β’ Maintain accurate records of interactions and campaign outcomes in HubSpot and other systems β’ Represent TeckSoft professionally as the first point of contact for new prospects and partners Skills β’ College diploma or undergraduate degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field β’ Strong interest in marketing, lead generation and customer engagement β’ Hands-on experience (or familiarity) with CRM and marketing tools such as HubSpot, DealFront or ZoomInfo β’ Excellent written and verbal communication skills β English is mandatory; French is an asset β’ Enthusiasm to learn, self-motivation and a collaborative mindset β’ Ability to work independently while staying aligned with a remote team Benefits β’ Be part of a Canadian tech company making a real impact in healthcare. β’ Help build our first nationwide lead-generation function and shape campaign strategy from the ground up. β’ Work with a tight-knit team that values innovation and initiative. β’ Gain hands-on experience with cutting-edge CRM and marketing automation tools. β’ Enjoy a culture that rewards curiosity, creativity and results.
