The Market Access & Reimbursement Lead is responsible for developing and executing reimbursement strategies to enable product adoption and patient access, while partnering with stakeholders to address access barriers and influence outcomes.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute account- and region-specific market access and reimbursement plansLead engagements with hospital leadership, reimbursement stakeholders, and clinical decision-makersIdentify, prioritize, and mitigate reimbursement barriers impacting product adoptionEngage with commercial and government payers to address coverage, coding, and payment issuesInterpret evolving payer policies and translate into actionable strategies for customers and internal teamsProvide advanced guidance on coding optimization, payment pathways, and site-of-care strategyPresent economic value propositions, including budget impact models, to hospital and financial stakeholdersInfluence customer adoption decisions through effective reimbursement and value-based positioningPartner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, HEOR, and Regulatory to align on access strategyMentor junior team members and support capability development across the organizationSkillsBachelor's degree in healthcare administration, public health, business or related field8+ years of experience in healthcare reimbursement, market access, or related fieldCombined years of experience and education will be consideredExperience in medical device market access or field reimbursement rolesExperience engaging with payer organizations or leading reimbursement discussionsDemonstrated experience developing account-level or regional access strategiesAbility to interpret and apply clinical and economic evidence in customer engagementsExperience presenting to hospital leadership, finance teams, or executive stakeholdersStrong cross-functional leadership and influencing skillsTravel domestically up to 60 %Strong knowledge of U.S. reimbursement systems, payer policy, and coverage dynamicsDeep understanding of coding, billing, and payment methodologiesDemonstrated ability to influence provider stakeholders and drive access outcomesCompany OverviewFrom the first guidewire to the first drug eluting stent, for over 60 years Cordis has remained at the heart of cardiovascular innovation.
