solutions for their customers.ResponsibilitiesLead as primary bridge between clients, business stockholders, and engineering teams to ensure successful, on-time implementationLead technical discussions with business and technical decision makers, including assisting and reviewing detailed technical specifications, implementation roadmaps, deployment, and third-party integrationsLead out with estimations, resource allocation, and mentoringEvaluate, manage, and update team procedures and standardsEnsure that solutions can be supported by tier 1 and tier 2 teams via documentation, runbooks, logging, monitoring, and toolingCreate and maintain a culture and practice of fast, frequent feedback from stakeholders to ensure product fitCreate and maintain a culture and practice quality and testing at all levels, with a focus on automation, defect prevention, and long-term stabilityPartner with product engineering and system reliability teams to define product stability and roadmapDevelop and maintain implementation documentation, runbooks, and client-facing technical artifactsUse AI tools to enhance existing process, documentation and support culture of AI tool
