The Manager - Project Financial Management role focuses on accurate revenue recognition, margin optimization, and delivery performance, leading a team of analysts to improve financial outcomes through operational excellence and data-driven insights.ResponsibilitiesLead and develop a team of financial analysts responsible for accurate revenue recognition, project margin analyticsPartner with service line leaders and the Enterprise Pricing CoE to monitor revenue trends, project performance post-pricing, ensuring commercial terms are supported through effective delivery managementIdentify repetitive, manual tasks suitable for automation to improve efficiency and data qualityLead the design and implementation of automation solutions, AI driven analytics and workflow optimizationPartner with Technology and Operations teams to deploy AI tools for forecasting, anomaly detection and predictive insightsMonitor trends in delivery performance and margin optimization opportunitiesPartner with the Data Analytics team to establish data governance frameworks to ensure integrity and consistency in reportingSkillsBachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Analytics, or related field required5 years of relevant experience required, 5+ years of experience in financial analysis, delivery margin analytics, or cost optimization, including 2+ years in a team leadership or managerial role preferredExperience managing financial analytics or shared service teams supporting U.S. or global business unitsExperience in Workday/SAP and automation platforms (UiPath, Power Automate, Alteryx)Advanced Excel and data analytics skills, SQL, PhytonExcellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across time zones and functionsDemonstrated leadership, analytical excellence, and a focus on continuous improvement in a fast-paced, global environmentMBA, CPA or advanced degree preferredBenefitsBaker Tilly offers a comprehensive compensation and benefits package to eligible employees.Company OverviewAt Baker Tilly, we care about you and the impact you make.
