Description
Role OverviewTD&I is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Brand Marketing Specialist to manage our digital presence. In this remote role, you will be the voice and visual architect of our brand, responsible for maintaining our company website and building a compelling narrative across social media platforms like LinkedIn and Facebook/Meta. Key Responsibilities
Website Maintenance: Perform regular updates and technical upkeep of the TD&I website; utilize entry-level CSS/HTML knowledge to ensure a seamless user experience.
Social Media Management: Develop and execute a consistent posting schedule across Facebook/Meta and LinkedIn to increase brand awareness and engagement.
Brand Storytelling: Craft compelling narratives that align with company values through high-quality written and visual content.
Visual Design: Create professional layouts and graphics for digital and print use, applying strong principles of typography, color theory, and composition.
Resource Management: Support general administrative tasks, including volunteer management and coordinating printing/copier needs when necessary.


Requirements
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
Graphic Design Excellence: High proficiency in design fundamentals, including layout, creative thinking, photography, and visual communication.
Technical Foundation: Basic understanding of HTML and CSS for website development.
Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; ability to brainstorm and present ideas effectively.
Operational Savvy: Strong time management, multitasking, and prioritization skills. Must be a self-starter comfortable with independent remote work.
Integrity: Ability to handle sensitive information with strict confidentiality.
Preferred Background
Experience in design management or marketing.
A portfolio demonstrating strong attention to detail and creative decision-making.
Background in customer service or volunteer coordination.
