[Remote] Manager - Paralegal & Legal Operations

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Blaize is building a hybrid AI platform engineered to support edge-to-cloud intelligence at scale. They are seeking an experienced Manager – Paralegal & Legal Operations to support the Legal team across corporate, commercial, compliance, and operational matters, managing legal processes and operations including contracts administration and compliance coordination.ResponsibilitiesConduct intake, review, negotiate, organize, and administer all NDAs and potentially other template-based agreements, with assistance from attorneys where neededMaintain contract lifecycle management (CLM) database and ensure proper documentation, tracking, and compliance processesCreate and manage contract execution workflows and manage legal intake requestsPartner cross-functionally with Finance, HR, Procurement, Sales, and Operations to support legal processes and business initiativesLeverage AI tools and technology to streamline contract review, improve document processing, and enhance legal operations efficiency and reportingAssist with corporate governance activities, including Board of Directors and Committee materials and legal entity management activitiesSupport compliance initiatives, policy tracking, and audit-related requestsHelp maintain organized, scalable, and audit-ready legal processes and recordsTrack legal obligations, renewals, and critical deadlinesSupport dispute management, litigation coordination, legal holds, and document collection as neededAssist with legal research and preparation of summaries, reports, and presentationsMaintain confidentiality and ensure proper handling of sensitive informationIdentify opportunities to improve legal workflows, document management, and operational efficiencyHelp implement scalable legal operations processes and best practicesSupport reporting, metrics, and KPI tracking for legal operations activitiesSkills5–8 years of legal operations, paralegal, or corporate legal support experienceExperience supporting in-house legal teams in a start-up or similar fast-paced business environment (i.e., outside of a traditional law firm environment)Experience collaborating cross-functionally with business and operational teamsStrong knowledge of contract management and legal documentation processesExcellent organizational, communication, and project management skillsExperience working collaboratively and cross-functionally with business and operational teamsAbility to manage multiple priorities independently while maintaining strong attention to detailProficiency with contract lifecycle management (CLM) tools and Microsoft Office Suite requiredBachelor's degree and/or Paralegal CertificationCompany OverviewBlaize is an AI computing platforms company that develops products for the automotive, smart vision, and enterprise computing markets.
