The Manager of Operations for the Global Business Applications practice is responsible for driving operational excellence, ensuring successful client delivery, and supporting sustainable growth through effective resource planning and operational alignment.ResponsibilitiesRun the Business Rhythm for GBAPartner with GBA leadership to establish and run the weekly, monthly, and quarterly operating cadenceFacilitate proactive operational reviews to support accurate financial, time, and utilization forecasting across primary GBA programsLead and participate in advanced operational reporting and forecasting structure for strategic opportunities, including the Steelcase network of opportunitiesCreate and oversee the creation of reporting required for GBA consultant delivery and account leadershipSupport large pursuits through bid management coordination and execution, a of close plans to win the workWork with Sales and Project Management Office for GBA establish sales to project start/delivery handoff proceduresExperience working across global teams, including close collaboration with North American and India-based teamsMonitor execution of GBA staffing, approval, and resource management procedures to ensure consistency and operational alignment. Work closely within the GBA practice while partnering with Quisitive operational leaders across Finance, Sales, Delivery, and other key business functions to drive alignment and operational consistency across the organizationSkills5+ years of experience in delivery operations, business operations, or consulting operationsStrong understanding of services businesses/consulting operations.
