They are seeking a data-driven Growth Marketing Manager to lead and scale their digital growth engine, focusing on paid advertising, SEO, marketing analytics, and AI-powered optimization while developing engaging content.ResponsibilitiesPlan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across search, social, and display, managing budgets and vendor or agency relationships to maximize return on ad spendIdentify, test, and scale new and emerging paid platforms and channels through a structured test-and-learn approachDevelop and execute a comprehensive search visibility strategy spanning SEO, AEO (answer engine optimization), and GEO (generative engine optimization) to ensure discoverability in traditional search results, featured answers, and AI-generated responses from tools like Claude, Gemini, ChatGPTOptimize content structure, schema markup, and authority signals so company content is accurately cited and surfaced by answer engines and large language modelsLeverage AI tools to enhance marketing performance, including content generation and optimization, audience targeting, campaign automation, predictive analytics, and workflow efficiencyOwn marketing analytics: build dashboards, track KPIs across paid, organic, AI-driven search, email, and web, and translate data into actionable growth recommendations for leadershipDevelop, write, and edit content for company newsletters, announcements, and other internal and external communications channels, managing editorial calendars and coordinating contributions across the organizationMaintain brand consistency and voice across all campaigns, content, and communicationsPerform other duties as assigned, which may include marketing support for business development proposals, events, and thought leadership initiativesSkillsBachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field5-7 years of progressive digital or growth marketing experience with demonstrated, measurable resultsProficiency with Google Ads, Meta Ads, Spotify Ads, Pinterest Ads, GA4, Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console, and SEO tools such as Semrush, Ahrefs, or MozProficiency with creative tools such as Canva and Adobe CreativeWorking knowledge of AEO and GEO practices, including structured data and content strategies that earn citations in AI-generated and featured answersDemonstrated experience applying AI tools to achieve marketing goalsExperience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, or Constant Contact)Strong writing and editing skills with experience producing recurring communications or publicationsA test-and-learn mindset with comfort presenting data and insights to senior stakeholdersStrong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlinesCompany OverviewGuest Services Inc. is a private hospitality management company.
