Head of Marketing and Content

You will work directly with the CEO to build Fetii Media into the ultimate media company. We are backed by Y Combinator, Mark Cuban, TV Exec Barry Poznick, and others looking to build a $1B+ company. This is not a typical marketing job, it’s a creative-founder role inside Fetii. You’ll own the vision, execution, and growth of Fetii’s entire content ecosystem. Your mission: Turn big ideas into reality, launch new media channels, forge celebrity/influencer partnerships, and manage and scale a lean but powerful creative team. What You’ll Do Vision and Strategy • Define and own Fetii Media’s strategy and roadmap with the CEO • Conceptualize and pitch bold, original content ideas that resonate • Identify trends, gaps, and opportunities in culture and media Creative Development • Develop and produce original formats: series, shorts, podcasts, live events • Create content plans that leverage influencers, athletes, artists, celebrities • Lead creative brainstorms and manage ideation-to-execution pipelines Partnerships & Talent • Identify and secure collabs with high-profile talent and creators • Build a network of production partners, agencies, and freelancers • Bring in external creators to develop for Fetii Media Production Leadership • Manage budgets and timelines with a founder’s mindset (i.e., no waste) • Ensure high-quality, on-brand storytelling across all content Team Leadership & Management • Recruit, manage, and inspire Fetii’s media and marketing team • Build and enforce clear processes without killing creativity • Cultivate a hard-charging, mission-driven, entrepreneurial culture What We’re Looking For Must-Have Experience • Proven track record in launching or scaling a media property, content brand, or creative agency • Hands-on experience developing content with or for major influencers, celebrities, or artists • Experience leading content strategy and production across video, audio, and social • Demonstrated entrepreneurial mindset, ideally founder experience or equivalent • Talent for recruiting, managing, and inspiring creatives Traits We Value • Founder’s mentality: you take extreme ownership • All-in commitment: no work-life balance, this is your mission • Big creative thinking + ability to execute practically • Deep understanding of social platforms, cultural trends, and audience growth • Not afraid to work in chaos and ambiguity Apply tot his job
