[Remote] Manager, Field Marketing

The Manager, Field Marketing is responsible for overseeing all Skillable events, logistics, and execution, while partnering with key stakeholders to drive brand awareness and lead generation through impactful marketing strategies.ResponsibilitiesLead the entire event strategy efforts for lead generation and customer engagement at events including the planning and development of necessary promotional materials, setting up lead capture system, and identifying key target audiencesPlan and execute a range of field marketing initiatives, including live events, tradeshows, executive events, customer conference and experiential marketing campaigns that align with the company’s overall marketing objectivesOversee all logistics, coordination, and on-site management of events and tradeshows. Ensure seamless execution, from pre-event planning to post-event follow-upWork closely with sales, product, and marketing teams to align event strategies with business goals and sales objectivesCollaborate with regional team members within Revenue and Product to ensure appropriate tactical and strategic engagement of current, potential and former customersEnsure brand consistency and awareness across all field marketing activities, ensuring that messaging, booth design, promotional materials, and overall event experience align with company values and standardsManage event budgets effectively, ensuring that all events are executed within budget while maximizing ROIRegularly report and analyze the effectiveness of field marketing campaigns.
