The Manager, Digital Analytics will lead analytics strategy and execution, support measurement frameworks, and collaborate with teams to improve analytics operations while mentoring junior analysts.ResponsibilitiesServe as a strategic analytics partner across multiple client accounts, helping clients and internal teams answer complex measurement and performance questionsSupport the development and implementation of measurement frameworks that align media investments with business objectives and client goalsDevelop test-and-learn plans, optimization recommendations, and performance analyses that drive informed decision-makingTranslate complex data into compelling stories, actionable insights, and strategic recommendations that improve marketing effectiveness and business outcomesConfidently present findings, recommendations, and next steps to senior / exec -level clients and internal stakeholdersApply critical thinking to determine the appropriate data sources, methodologies, and analytical approaches for each business challengeLead advanced analytics initiatives including incrementality testing, experimentation, media mix modeling, attribution analysis, forecasting, and customer analyticsConnect data across media platforms, conversion sources, web analytics tools, and business systems to develop a complete view of performanceUncover insights and build the story in the data and communicate insights and opportunities with executive and internal stakeholdersBuild and maintain queries, analyses, and reporting solutions to answer business-critical questions using media, behavioral, and performance dataDesign and deliver dashboards, forecasts, scenario analyses, and performance reporting using business intelligence toolsEnsure accuracy, consistency, and integrity across analytics outputs and client deliverablesTroubleshoot data and reporting issues while partnering with cross-functional teams to resolve discrepancies and improve processesMaintain documentation of methodologies, reporting logic, and data sources to support scalability and consistencyPartner closely with media, data engineering, strategy, and client services teams to ensure measurement solutions support broader business goalsIdentify opportunities to improve workflows, reporting processes, tools, and operational efficiencyContribute to the continued evolution of the analytics practice through knowledge sharing, innovation, and best-practice developmentHelp identify and build AI solutions that can improve productivity and efficiency across the teamProvide mentorship, guidance, and support to analysts through project collaboration, coaching, and feedbackShare knowledge and best practices that elevate the overall capabilities of the analytics teamContribute positively to a collaborative, learning-oriented team environmentSkills5+ years of experience in marketing analytics, performance analytics, measurement strategy, media analytics, or a related fieldHands-on experience designing, executing, and analyzing incrementality tests, geo holdout studies, experimentation frameworks, and measurement roadmaps across digital marketing channelsDeep experience with marketing measurement methodologies including incrementality testing, geo holdout studies, experimentation frameworks, attribution, media mix modeling (MMM), customer analytics, and lifetime value (LTV) analysisStrong hands-on experience building analyses from raw data and translating findings into strategic recommendationsAdvanced proficiency with SQL and experience working with large, complex datasetsStrong understanding of statistical and measurement concepts, with the ability to clearly explain methodologies, assumptions, and findings to both technical and non-technical audiencesExperience creating dashboards and data visualizations;
