This role involves partnering with top merchants to leverage Capital One Ad Solution’s products, acting as a liaison between clients and internal teams, and executing marketing campaigns from start to finish.ResponsibilitiesPartner with key external stakeholders (merchants, agencies, networks) to help grow and cultivate Capital One Ad SolutionsIntegrate Capital One Ad Solution’s products and services with our merchant partnersLeverage data to optimize and grow your book of businessTeach, support, and train agencies and industry partners on Capital One Ad SolutionsWork with Product, Revenue Management, and other key stakeholders to help drive our businessDrive strategic analysis to support merchant initiativesTechnical skills (utilizing analytic platforms, APIs, and proprietary tools) are a plusScale up new merchants via education and supportDemonstrated success leveraging data, analytical and communication skillsTravel onsite for merchant visits and/or industry conferencesSkillsAt least 6 years of experience in a client facing sales or account management roleAt least 5 years of experience reviewing or analyzing dataStrong strategic, analytical, and data-analysis skillsDemonstrated experience and results in strategic client facing (in-person, phone, email) interactionsExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalExperience in identifying, creating, and building strategies to achieve organizational objectivesPrior experience in taking full ownership of client relationships and the ability to partner with internal stakeholders to create customized solutions for partnersA strong deference to team culture, collaboration, and open communicationBachelor's Degree6+ years of affiliate, enterprise sales or performance marketing experienceProven track record of managing, selling, and developing relationships with Strategic MerchantsExperience managing technical sales and integrationsDemonstrated success selling and managing merchants on sophisticated ad platformsStrong data, analytical and communication skillsBenefitsThis role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
