Opportunity:
Our client, a leading technology organization, is looking for a Research Assistant to support a 4 month placement within their organization.
Job Description:
The main function of a Research Assistant is to support the technology organization's Data and Transparency Partnerships team in its go-to-market efforts, as well as support the teams partner outreach strategy for users of the organizations research tools. The primary goals include working on projects and operations targeted to improve product conversion and adoption. Internally, this can include supporting operational tasks related to documentation and tracking partner touchpoints. Externally, this can include preparing partner-focused marketing materials and executing scaled outreach programs.
Responsibilities:
Develop external marketing materials of our research tools to inform users of evolving product features and updated onboarding processes
Support internal partner operations to increase efficiency of partner outreach
Operational support for conferences, workshops, webinars, and other external engagements
Track and maintain partner touchpoint documentation
Support partner questions and escalations related to our research tools
