[Remote] Manager, Business Operations

The Manager, Business Operations will oversee the end-to-end workflow of Salesforce, manage a team of 5, and ensure the optimization of business processes to support company growth.ResponsibilitiesOwn the end-to-end design, documentation, and optimization of business processes and campaign workflows within Unified’s order management systemPartner with the Product team to build a comprehensive end to end workflowProactively identify operational gaps, inefficiencies, and scalability risks; design future proof workflows to support business growthEstablish and maintain process standards, governance, and best practices across the teamPartner with Advertising Operations, Product, Engineering, and other stakeholders to define business requirements, success metrics, and release prioritiesTranslate business needs into clear, detailed requirements, including workflow diagrams, solution designs, mockups, and acceptance criteriaLead discovery sessions, solution design reviews, and stakeholder alignment for complex, cross-functional initiativesOversee testing strategy, release readiness, and approval for production deploymentsOwn change management for system and workflow releases, ensuring smooth adoption across global teamsDevelop and maintain training materials, documentation, and enablement programs to support new features and process changesLead training sessions and knowledge transfer for stakeholders and operations teamsEnsure all process collateral remains current and aligned with system behaviorDirectly manage 5 operations resources, including workload prioritization, performance management, coaching, and career developmentSet clear goals and expectations, ensuring consistent execution and accountability across the teamFoster a culture of continuous improvement, operational excellence, and stakeholder partnershipSkills6–8+ years of experience in Operations, Business Operations, Process Management, or related roles3+ years of people management experience, including managing global or distributed teamsProven expertise in defining, designing, and scaling business processes and workflowsStrong experience translating business requirements into technical solutions and partnering with engineering teamsDemonstrated success leading complex, cross-functional initiatives and change management effortsAdvanced analytical skills, including Excel proficiency (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, data analysis)Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at multiple levels of the organizationExperience with Salesforce and/or order management systems strongly preferredCompany OverviewUnified equips marketers with information and intelligence they need to make the best decisions about their social advertising investments.
