Represents the company to customers and prospects, solicits contracts for merchant services and products to support merchant services. Meets face-to-face with prospects, installs processing equipment, and handles customer questions or complaints in person and over the phone to promptly and accurately communicate our products and services to business owners in an effort to maximize new business sales potential. Calls or receives calls from prospective customers, explaining type of service or product offered. Quotes rates, fees and prices to persuade prospective customers to move their business to EMG.
