[Remote] Management Consultant ( Contractor Anywhere in US)
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Proudfoot is a consulting firm that focuses on delivering transformative projects. As a Consultant or Senior Consultant, you will guide junior consultants and client members through project lifecycles, ensuring successful implementation and managing multiple workstreams.
Responsibilities
ā¢ Accountable for delivering results for one or more workstreams on a project
ā¢ Work with client staff to identify performance gaps and develop solutions
ā¢ Manage implementation, audit results and take corrective actions as necessary
ā¢ Conduct workshops, training sessions, and presentations to equip clients with the skills needed for sustainable changes
ā¢ Develop results-based relationships with client personnel, actively seeking opportunities for cross-selling and additional work
Skills
ā¢ First degree in Science or Engineering, ideally with a master's in management/business
ā¢ Experience in industrial manufacturing, natural resources/mining & energy sectors in the following roles - operations, maintenance, supply chain, internal OPEX, Transformation teams, financial control, environmental change, energy-renewables, behavioral change-industrial psychology
ā¢ Knowledge of business performance improvement methodologies like reengineering, lean manufacturing, or Six Sigma
ā¢ Basic understanding of Finance (P&L's, Balance sheets, cost management)
ā¢ Proficiency in MS Office tools, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Power BI
ā¢ Business-level proficiency in English
ā¢ Record of client management
ā¢ Ability to manage time constraints
ā¢ 100% commitment to personal development and the Proudfoot brand
