[Remote] Management Consultant ( Contractor Anywhere in US)

As a Consultant or Senior Consultant, you will guide junior consultants and client members through project lifecycles, ensuring successful implementation and managing multiple workstreams.
Responsibilities
• Accountable for delivering results for one or more workstreams on a project
• Work with client staff to identify performance gaps and develop solutions
• Manage implementation, audit results and take corrective actions as necessary
• Conduct workshops, training sessions, and presentations to equip clients with the skills needed for sustainable changes
• Develop results-based relationships with client personnel, actively seeking opportunities for cross-selling and additional work
Skills
• First degree in Science or Engineering, ideally with a master's in management/business
• Experience in industrial manufacturing, natural resources/mining & energy sectors in the following roles - operations, maintenance, supply chain, internal OPEX, Transformation teams, financial control, environmental change, energy-renewables, behavioral change-industrial psychology
• Knowledge of business performance improvement methodologies like reengineering, lean manufacturing, or Six Sigma
• Basic understanding of Finance (P&L's, Balance sheets, cost management)
• Proficiency in MS Office tools, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Power BI
• Business-level proficiency in English
• Record of client management
• Ability to manage time constraints
